you have to ask yourself what the Xiz flip gives you
as mellon says, a pink flip is pretty worthless (I think its the most worthless color to flip)
honestly, I was thinking that maybe the Pink Ranger should never target anyone because it fucks with flips, and the tradeoff of getting a true seering isn't worth that, but I don't think that anymore
