Does anyone know where I can get some Themes for Stepmania, I tried stepmania.com but all the themes are !!!down!!!.......

I've downloaded a theme put it in the theme folder, switched it to that theme is the options menu but i'm still getting the default theme, anyone know what the problem may be?
