This is not a bug...more of a playability issue...two or more fast notes in a row (Funk in G, among others) are, in my opinion, more difficult than they should be. I get the feeling that the timing window for such a note is only until the next note in the sequence appears, or at least something that feels a lot like that. In fairness, it should be the same length as any other note; during fast sequences, the triggerings should queue up rather than reset at the next note.
So if I'm late on the first note, but still good enough to get an 'average' let us say, it's likely that I will still get a 'miss' because the simulator appears to have moved on to the next note already. If this is incorrect, then I'd be interested in learning how timing works in FFR so I can see what I'm doing wrong. Thanks! |
