The reds still have to risk attacking a bomb/Oracle versus letting the Seer live on unguarded. And more importantly, we could narrow this down to a pool of 3, which will make it virtually impossible to miss this lynch.

if all of the possible roles are out there, everyone else is blue or red
if I recall correctly even if one person is green the majority of town is still blue
