Essential part of plant growth, of which there is a lot in the spring.

Rain in the spring (obviously).

More rain.

A good indication of spring.

There are festivals that have glow-in-the-dark decorations.

Spring cleaning involves some of this.

It's the Year of the Monkey, and there are spring festivals with monkey themes.
