A lot, though I'd never pin myself as particularly good at it. I was pretty much 100% acquainted with the rules before I signed up. Most of my play has been chatroom type stuff (games over in 20 minutes), with a bit of live (games lasting a few hours if people are particularly thorough with their play).

It's vanilla setups; most of the time we don't even have enough for special roles so it ends up like 6/2 or something (and it was hard for us to get 8 people together, most of the time we end up playing card games instead)

Basically my previous experience didn't really help me in this game except knowing how the game works \o/

I haven't played at all in grad school except for a few rounds of Town of Salem

The thing with my circle was like no one wanted to push on people cause we're all nice_guys.jpg or whatever, basically we'd just stare at them until they cracked a smile

Like if choof played with them and did whatever he did with soundwave, i'm pretty sure some of them would ptsd and never play mafia again

About the rereading, I've combed through the entire thread maybe like twice, and select sections many more

if rereading hasn't helped much this far, its probably not going to help anymore

if you still want to reread, I suggest iso'ing certain people

IE, reading over all or some of the posts of a certain player in a row

If you don't know how to do this, I can tell you how

its a good tool to have

my current kills would be xel, charu and then I would decide between soundwave and fg

wabby's posts about rereading and reevaluating are not something I would expect a new player to speak about without being asked if they're mafia... its possible he sheeped it from my own posts or someone else's, but I think its unlikely. He's the weakest of the people so far

choof is probably just town because of meta

dfr is probably just town because of his behavior at eod yesterday

soundwave had a good first two days

fg has posted pretty ok

charu added content although he hasn't been pushing worlds, I find him to be less townie than other people atm. Could reevaluate if I need to

I should say that I feel significantly better about killing xel than I do about killing anyone else. He's not helping the game at all.

j-rodd was almost certainly the godfather in this world, xel being the godfather, while completing the meme, is very unlikely because j-rodd probably doesn't bus when he has two weaker teammates. DBP had no votes beforehand, and while its possible me or fg gets a wagon going on him that day, he doesn't know that it would happen, and if j-rodd ever dies, its unlikely xel carries the game in his mind, I think.

if this were the case, it would have to be on j-rodd and I would encourage the seer not to claim because it doesn't really give any information

and if they have a green on j-rodd, it means that they could get a red on the last wolf tonight
