Ban the Person Above You ~2016 Edition~
Essiantially the point of this is to give a fictional reason to "ban" the person who most recently posted above you, such as "banned for having no signature".
It was a pretty big success last year, so let's do it again. I planned making all of these since June I'm sorry.
