I find it highly unlikely that zenith is scum, I just don't see a wolf starting a wagon on a partner out of nowhere and pushing it to death (even if botchi didn't technically die from the wagon). You could always tinfoil and say it's a scum looking for massive town credit but that's a stretch. He *could* be a 3rd party but I think he's pretty town this game
