1) it gives perfect knowledge to the wolves if we follow it
2) it requires complete cooperation amongst skeptical people
3) even if you die and flip green, it only shows that you're well-intentioned, not that your plan should be followed

correction: the wolves will not know -who- goes into what room, so technically not perfect knowledge

but they are put in a better strategic position since they control the following day
