Either way you look at it, the wolves face equal danger from both roles.
If only one sends the kills, 2 are in danger of being diagnosed.
If different wolves sent the kills, 2 are in danger of being investigated.

I am under the impression that there's a psychologist in this game

this psychologist got reads on sunfan and rzr

Both of them were "YES" reads

Thus, neither of them have sent in kills during this game, but they DO HAVE THE POTENTIAL to kill

There were nightkills by the wolves. It follows that there's only one wolf sending in nightkills.
