well its kinda been mentioned in other posts but not exactly what i need, im kind of a straight out newbie, the best i can do is story of snowman and sunshine girl with like 5-20 mistakes depending on my mood, i have a problem with fast stuff and doubles so what are some songs that fit my skill level or a little less that i could practice to get better at, and any tips would be nice, thanks a bunch.

Best thing I could tell you, is start off with the original arcade mixes. Thats how I started out. My first song I ever played was Butterfly, learned from that, then went on to like, b4u, then paranoia, max300 and kept going from there.

There's a list of songs and difficulties on a stickied post by Chardish in the FFR general board
Its a good gauge of difficulties, with lists of songs on each level These difficulties are much more accurate than the ones in the games (which are horrible) You should check it out, and play songs on your level
