I've been skeptical of this one all game. My main concern at the moment is his use of his RNGesus power last night. While it was useful in saving himself (usually when you make a claim like that on the first day, you'd expect to be targeted), it did screw up scum hunting methods. The first method being the night kill, as it was randomed onto jrodd. If AA is being truthful, the kill landed on jrodd from another player (or some really, really bad RNG occurred and it flipped back onto him). Would a wolf use a power like this on n1?

The answer is yes, probably. Statistically speaking, the chances of RNGesus wolf kill falling back onto a wolf is the smallest it can possibly be on N1. This also messes with any investigative/item/etc. bullshit that happened last night, further decreasing the chances of solving the game faster. It threw a wrench in the cog of every team, but considering town suffers the most, I think AA might be a candidate. Possibly not today, but I am not fond of having to work extra hard because the night kill was randomed. My only thoughts against him being scum are the fact that the N1 kill had a good possibility of being spent on him in terms of softs, but I know of another player that also softed that could have also been targeted.

Also, he needs to elaborate why he's concerned about me.

this is my big concern atm, and why I wanted to hunt down the person who used this power

his explanation has somewhat sated me but it's kinda dumb and harmful

my biggest question now is if somebody has a power that tampers with all results

Tampering Result Roles are only (or at least should only be) present when an Investigative Role is also present (Cop, Santa, etc).

It would make no sense if an InvestRole wasn't present but a Tampering Result role is.

From what we've heard, AA RNG'd all results, so that counts as tampering, and storn COULD have rendered results unreadable.

This just means there is a tampering role that hasn't claimed, or you got an item that fucks you up.

RNGing results isn't tampering in the sense that dbp's looking for

Wait what Roundbox iirc there is no town aligned tampering role because tampering is a detrimental ability to town (in the sense of alignment peeks). Tampering like rigging a gun that a wolf has so it backfires however would be stellar though highly unlikely
