Left hand: 5 note trill with increased speed between 2-4.
Right hand: 4 note trill with increased speed from 1-3.

That pattern is wonky because the start and end is a double note, as well as it isn't a straight 1-2-3-4 roll, it's a JUMP 2-3-1-4-2-3 JUMP, which jumptrilling is barely scraping by this.
