I was thinking about this earlier, but isn't the hypnosis power really double-edged?

I mean sure, the person loses their ability to vote. But if we can really quickly figure out who is hypno'd, doesn't that just give us a confirmed town? ?.?

Wolves can always fake a hypno target. It hasn't been said they can't use it on another wolf, and they can also role block it, more than likely to also ensure that it might be faked.

If two people haven't responded, then one of them is obviously a wolf.

That's the idea. It's a pretty shitty strat for wolves to try and pull, so it's easier for them just to silence one person. Faking it is too risky. I think you're only hypno'd until night phase.
