The bolded name on the left is whoever is receiving votes, the people on the right are the people voting for them and their vote is linked to their name, so if you click their name it will take you to the post of the vote. The number in brackets is the number of posts the players has in the current phase. Along the top is how much time is left in the current phase (HH:MM:SS) (note: the amount of time left when the vote count was posted, it is not a countdown timer but votecounts will be posted periodically)

Uhhh my vote was the first in this phase thus far and even with the amount of voting I did I don't think I'm at 11 in total. Maybe.

But I definitely only have had one vote this phase.

This is some pretty awkward phrasing, but I'm assuming you're asking about my red leads.
Only ONE person can be lynched this phase (again, awkward phrasing), and if it's town we'll be locked in mylo until end of game (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Mylo activates insta-lynch, in case you didn't see.

Right now I want answers from dap, who has een playing an incredibly low-key game for too long. 2nd I'd look at fg, 3rd choice I'm not sure atm.
