I don't know what sunfan is talking about with the definition of hypo-ing; but here is what I know of it.

Town claims a read or multiple reads (depending on how many days went by or first day) on people (typically inno on x person). Wolves at that point have no clue who the true cop/seer/tracker is so they bank the kill on whoever they can conclude was fake and skip those people while narrowing down their kill pool to x amount of people. If the real cop/seer/tracker dies, that report is true and the rest is false and if they remain unscathed then they lived another day to grab another read and can out when necessary.

Sunfan is pretty much cleared town to me, he's playing the way I'd expect him to for the most part. Makin' good moves and pinging out the good spots. This is a pure meta read I have though.
