I just started getting back into it, I am doing extremely well on JS patterns but lack on bursts and jacks.

First Dump:

finally got the AA

sightread

so mad I CB'd

AA'd finally

massive improvement and first FC

i don't know the majority of these sims

twenty knives is a little better than mine but caelumize you can improve especially if your WLL is better than mine (i still dont know your score on it!)

Rates only improve speed and readability; they do not help with accuracy whatsoever. Jacks aren't improvable on Rates, you would just have to mash the jack as fast as you can which I already have trouble doing.

Rates help in some ways, but it doesn't overall make you better.

I believe you mixed up how rates work given your 1.1x score has the same cmod as everything else. Rates speed up both the song itself and your cmod, so you'd play 1.1x with c732 ( = 805 / 1.1) to have the same scroll rate as usual but with the faster song.
