Default Slowly getting better at this game (at the cost of carpal)

I was literally feeling myself and then my hands slowly started to die; you can see me actually go from my best to actually dying in 3 minutes. It was a slow and painful death...

So I'm surprised I was so accurate early; then again I only specialize in streams so this is basically all I can do (screw jump streams they drive me insane).

Shoot, that score is really impressive. Goodrushes are goodrushes and the miss at the end is a pity, but you clearly have the speed to handle 200 bpm stream
Should be too early to worry about carpal, though :P How hard are you hitting your keys?

QW OP 2hand here, Speed is basically my strong point and accuracy isn't (I normally expect a lot more goodrushes early on tbh). The 1 handed trill stream always kills me though; and I have to hit the keys fairly hard (I'm looking into a smoother mechanical keyboard but I haven't decided yet).
-Also thanks rushy I didn't know lol.

QWOP is decent. But if you want better accuracy and possibly speed(depends on the person) you should probably use keys closer together. I used to use askl, or qwop and then i switched to zxm, and i got a skill boost almost instantly and still improving.

It really depends on the person as Sk8 said, I get worse using zxm,, so i stick to askl.

I've actually AAA'd the 1 hand trills before hitting them as jumps, turning my hands outward so the outside finger struck slightly before the inside on each hand.

Do you know if your family has had a history of having carpal tunnel?

That makes no sense. It won't change anything.

Do not listen to this. Mina uses a wider spread and he's one of the fastest players in SM. Spread is all depending on what is comfortable to you as a player; hence why everyone has a different keysetup that is unique. Experiment around with a wider and closer spread. But I wouldn't play with a setup that feels unnatural to you.

Btw, you don't get carpal from playing Vertex Beta. Nice improvements! Keep it up!
