the tourney is saturated with files from like 5 people because those 5 people are very prolific step-artists and know what it takes to make a good tourney file

try making better files more often and maybe the 11th official will have more variance

its more like those five people know how to step files in a short amount of time without the files being terrible. hi19 can shit out 10 ok files in a day if he really wants to
