divisions = V, IV, III, II and I
tier = Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc. you can't duo with anyone one tier above you anyway.... i'm talking about the promos between each division that requires you to play a best of 3... it's dumb and unnecessary and i'm glad they finally realize it was a terrible idea from the start - however it makes more sense to keep them when advancing tiers
