I know Porgy will come say something sooner or later...

But yea. What is it supposed to be about? What feeling or picture is the artwork meant to convey to the viewer?

I understand it is your first day with it, so dont take my critical questions the wrong way. But, just dont be like many others and go for the "abstract" art. Use it to create some really nice stuff that isnt just a bunch of polygons thrown together...

Im not really good at NOT coming across like an ass so I'll be kind and make the attempt.

Your first PS huh... ok. I see linear gradient fill, radial gradient fill, copy, paste, move, polygon tool, perhaps some layer opacity adjustments, you left the color pallete alone, and... thats it. Congraulations on becomeing familliar with your tool bar. Look up a gentleman by the name of Johannes Itten. He's known for founding one of the two schools of thought in the way of Color Theory and Practice (his is the school I studied and the most commonly studied and accepted. I'm sorry I don't remember the other persons name) . I'd be really interested in seeing what you will do using what you've discoverd, using cool and warm colors. It has potential to be strong and simplistic...after a bit of theory and polish. We've all started somewhere (as I've been thumped on here about). Don't feel inadequate or anything in comparison to the others on here, but its just as important to know where to get your tools as it is to know how to use them. You've started finding them, now work on effectively using them.

It's hard to answer your question soccer743, but I'll try. The picture, well, means the, um, barriers of darkness seperating the light from it, but the darkness seems to go through it. What the light means is computers and the darkness means trojans, hackers, etc. Um, tada?
