Herbal Thread
So yea, how many of you guys like Tea and such? My favorite is White Tea...it tastes amazing and it's good for digestive health. :)
White Tea vs. Green Tea: Basically the benefits of drinking white and green tea. They are produced by the same leaf, but White Tea is not as processed as Green Tea (Let's face it...everything's processed nowadays). I like The Republic of Tea the best because of how pure it is~ Anyhow...what are other herbs that you drink/munch? I'm curious to know xD |

If you're talking teas I enjoy quite a variety.
You might wanna try matcha green tea if you like the idea of less processing. It's grown only in shady areas, picked selectively and is actually a lot purer than using other parts of the plant to make tea. It's what they like to drink in japan. One of the best if you're looking for a deeply relaxing brew is a combination of holy basil and patchouli. Skull caps and/or valerian root work really well for trying to sleep. But for just being up and active during the day, I suggest a green tea mixture with orange citrus with a bit of honey. Orange citrus is a proven happiness booster and it puts you in a good mood lol. Essential oil would be great to drop into tea or a smoothie. Cuz the essential oil is found in the peel you wouldn't get all the benefits just from munching an orange. Oh yea and kratom can make an interesting tea. There's a lot of herbs and teas out there, man.

Re: Herbal Thread
I'm not a tea aficionado by any means, but Earl Grey is my personal tea of choice.

Re: Herbal Thread
Earl grey uses bergamot oil in their tea which is pretty good. I like the double bergamot kind. It's nice in a bath as well

This topic doesn't really have much to do with health or fitness with its current structure. The moderators should scrub the topic of posts that don't have to do with the health factors of tea, at the very least, since a discussion of what tea you personally like is out of the scope of a discussion of health. |
