Winter meetup also sounds awesome -- my co-op with Akamai ends December 19th this year so if it's before that then it'll need to be the weekend/friday night for me.

okay. so looks like a winter meet-up would be best. i assume everyone coming is in college at this point lol so early January is probably when everyone is on break. should we plan it around then?

I'll probably be trying to go up around Christmas again this year to see my family. It's so hard to say because it'll depend on work situation and such.

try for after xmas. probably less people trying to get off of work in the beginning of January than for xmas, ya know?

I'm not going to miss xmas with my family to take off time to go to a meetup shortly after :/

I barely get to see my family as is.

well its always hard to get off for the holidays anyway. but if you can do it go ahead. i know i could never get off for mine =/

Definitely January. I should be able to get the time off of work, and Christmas break continues until about the third or fourth week, at least for me.

those are probably the only weekends that would work for college students
