I'm breaking people up now little by little for divisions but these are just tentative so don't go crazy just yet XD. There could potentially be a lot of shifting if I end up in a situation where I have no D1 players, which usually happens in user tournaments.

It's also easier for me if I break people into groups then look at them all together.

yeah there's a good chance that divisions will get some restructuring considering that D6 and D5 have like the majority of players lol. Still have 14 more to put up in the tentative placements though.
