fyi - for the files in here that are also in yolo3 i will be pulling them from yolomania 3
if for some strange reason this is a concern to any stepauthors let me know and we can figure something else out but I feel like this makes sense, they don't need to be released twice

Is this really mandatory ? If so, why ? I didn't put the artist name because I didn't find any place where it would fit to somewhere good enough. Not that the structure of the set is really great to begin with, I don't want to make the matter worse.
There are quite a decent amount of good gfx sets that doesn't display artist name, do you really, like really want that kind of information to be displayed on every sets?
If you say "yes" I will not argue with it further but I just find it kind of peculiar. My opinion is that it's not a necessary idea, nor a totally good one.

Including the artist name is overwhelmingly common, and in this case those two would be the only exceptions and stick out, so I'd strongly prefer that the artist name be included. If you feel that including the artist name would significantly downgrade the quality of the graphics set, or that there is no feasible way to include it, then don't feel obliged.

I'm used to seeing at least the artist name in the banner out of the sake of seeing that in most DDR/ITG/pad files. It visually looks a bit too casual without it. If you want to look even deeper I suppose you can say it's sort of doing it out of respect for the artist as well but w/e.

if you have songs that just coincidentally have the same title/name, having the artist should be absolutely mandatory.

I mean it's not that uncommon to find another song titled neonlights, just as an example.
