![]() I've noticed that powerlifters tend to be better at bulks so I'm going to toy with that style of training and see if that produces any results.
cutting is really easy for me, but I tend to overshoot bulks hard. I'm going to pay far more attention to weight gain this time. |

![]() To be honest you could just lean bulk and not worry so much about the fat gain, but whatever is easiest for you, go for it.
Getting your macros just right is a little trial and error, but once you get it, life becomes easier.

![]() bulking is awesome
cutting sucks im a fat fuk atm, and i am gonna try and keep putting on a bit of weight the next couple weeks leading into my meet just so my performance is good. After that I'm going to go on a pretty aggressive cut down to about 190 from 210 in hopefully about 2-3 months. Once at 190, i'll slowly gain weight to compete at 198 for my meet in November. The goal is to be less fat, and stronger. And skwat 500. Will be posting before pics here once the time comes, and then some pictures mid way, and at the end.
