they're raw because mmm raw fish-- not all is like this though. You can get cooked fish or sometimes not even any fish at all. and putting soysauce on it will definitely destroy the delicate balance that the creator worked his life (or maybe 3 minutes) to produce. back to eggs, is there a bad way to cook them as far as nutrition goes? EG. with veggies if you boil them they lose their good shit |

I usually make them over easy or over medium, but I also LOVE scrambled eggs with some siracha.

I've finally gotten to the point where I can cook an egg over easy/over medium without breaking the yolk rofl

I've heard of eating them raw. Sounds like it would be hard to get used to. What about boiling them in their shell? |

I'm not sure of the effects on the nutrient content of hard boiling eggs, but I personally love them as a snack. Sometimes I'll hard boil a set and save them as a snack to eat from time to time during those days where not much is in the pantry (Eating on a budget!). I just know for certain each hard boiled egg is about 6-7 grams of Protein and around 70-80 calories a pop.
Haha, I like to add them to my ramen too from time to time. I will actually bust an egg open and scramble it into the boiling water just before I add the noodles. I randomly tried it once and enjoyed it.

Hard boiled eggs are my FAVOURITE. I also like my eggs poached, over medium and deviled
![]() Probably my favourite meal with eggs in the city: ![]() crab cakes with poached egg and red pepper sauce on top with greens and toast or bagel. HUGE portion, absolutely tasty.

too lazy to read through the 3 pages... but your #2 is wrong. Most of the nutrition from an egg comes from the yolk.. not the white.

actually tastes a lot better than spinach IMO, just toast or sautee it a bit. its good raw or wilted but packs a bigger punch w/ some lemon and a bit of heat B)
also: baby kale
