The website doesn't take into account passive skills when calculating your dps, that's why. It's just raw stats from your gear

That is true. In all honesty, having turfed both auction houses, unless they plan to bring something back (and a gold-only AH that only dealt in components and legendaries would be grand) one wonders if they might actually get rid of the always-online DRM some time soon.

i enjoy playing diablo for rifts and other stuff like split bounty farming a LOT

what i don't like is doing that thing for 500 hours

so it's a compromise, i bot for like 75% of the time, and i manually play 25% of the time

and i have lots of fun when i do manually play

doesn't seem like a bad tradeoff to me l0l

Time to stop playing and put my faith in Mejai as BiS is just a dream without luck or a bot. :monkey:
I wanted to go purely for achievements for fun, but most of the remaining ones are bugged and others involve turning in circle for 80+ hours doing the same action.
Oh wait- I'm playing D3, what did I expect~

okay here's what i seriously think of the game

the game is really fucking fun when you have the FREEDOM to play with multiple builds
i've been having a shitton of fun with freeze-barb (azurewrath, IK, seismic slam for perma-CC), physical barb (boulder toss for 200m+ crits), etc etc..
but these require lots of gear (at least 5-6 per build), but this is where things get hairy

turns out you need to put in 200-300 hours at a chance of completing a single set - of course, this is the fun part for a lot of players, and also the unfun part for a lot of players

i do wish sets dropped more often - even WITH botting, i was only able to complete my barbarian earthquake set after 500 HOURS. now that's insanity.

a sigh of relief however --> there are lots of CRAFTABLE legendaries with GREAT set effects.
2-3 piece aughilds, 2-3 piece captain crimson, etc etc. these 2-3 pieces are SO good when combined with RoRG (that is, if you've farmed one, if you haven't go farm one or two)
