I use most of those services every day at work since we have a business account for the company. It is all incredibly convenient. Even better if you have an android phone.

I kind of wish there was a platform-agnostic VoIP system. Like p2p and universal, rather than going through a company's server and can be used by anyone anywhere on various hardware without worrying about software
