today was a busy day

I died at lvl 33 on a reaaaally old barbarian I went back to, Thuggles. She was so undergeared I was rather expecting it, i figured I'd just die quickly and free up another hero slot.

I brought a witch doctor to 26, a wizard to 40, and a monk to 38 because I did literally nothing but diablo today

hardcore mode is the fun mode

especially when you run torment 1 from level 1, every moment is a white-knuckle death ride and you hit level 40 before you finish act 3

I don't think I've ever died to server side lag though, it's always been lag on my end.

EDIT: nevermind, I definitely lost a few to server lag right at launch, but none since a few months after that

I'm not sure what happened, I had a wizard pal die to the explosions, and then Belial just decided to keep doing the meteors literally three or four times in a row, but with waaaay more coverage than he used before. It was only like three or four minutes in, too, so I don't think he became enraged or anything. Maybe he just behaves differently on torment?

Pretty sure that is the enrage timer.

I think you're right, I went googling around and enrage timers are apparently super short on torment (three minutes holy shit). I'll probably have to take the act bosses on master from now on.

1 mil dps 6mil toughness now. Running a super cookiecutter electrocute/frozen orb build now so that I can powerfarm rifts.

I keep getting legendaries/set items but none of them are better than my really high/perfectly rolled rares. Sad day.


p.s. Witching Hour belt confirmed broken, 7% attack speed AND 50% crit damage in a slot that usually rolls neither of those modifiers
I got one and it was the first legendary that was really worth using for me, 14% dps upgrade over a perfect int roll rare lol

Random fact of the day: lvl70 Ice Climbers boots makes you immune to Jailer/Frozen. Better Kadala one if you hate CC.

Damn, how does Int roll on the lv 70 version? I had a pretty much BIS Witching Hour pre-ROS but I had to throw it out pretty quickly since it was outclassed heavily by a different belt I found with crit chance and super high intelligence.
