Well...it's like you're playing on the arrow keys (index), but one finger is on a different set of arrows. You can avoid hitting your fingers together and can do cross-overs easier, you could also cheat on jacks, but thats gay.

my arrows keys are semi broken (they can't do stuff like blur, which I passed with this setup) so I use this.
