At the very least, Arkuski and adlp have stated that the bible's text is be a subject that should be discussed freely and seriously, and I agree with them. These beliefs go against the posters of FFR who sent remarks without merit to the original topic, so the bible study is at least a little controversial.

I don't have a religion to push on people so I don't know what you are talking about.

People don't not want to talk about things because they are "controversial". That means nothing here. We would talk about killing and eating babies for food if there was some merit to it. Nobody wants to talk about religion because it is stupid and uninteresting.

I think part of the problem was that within the OP, it was not stated that it was a serious thread. I have had controversial thread topics but I had to make sure that they stated that clearly. Otherwise you will see the low-class posting as they did on that forum.


But yeah, FFR is not and will never be a democracy. It's a broken website. But we all for some reason come back. That's just the way it is.
