this is undemocratic. people should be able to fill out the forms any way they please. if you choose the same person for most of the awards, your votes dont count?? thats unfair and im not sure if i completely understand what constitutes a "spam or troll vote". i feel like this could give mods an opportunity to only count certain votes and thus change the tallies in favor of certain people

FFR - THE GAME

Best FFR file from 2013: Zombie Killing, Blood Spilling - addicting song, pretty flowy file, and I lack a good Scintill file to put here. I also play it regularly when I do play.
Worst FFR file from 2013: The party's starting! - This file is textbook what I think is wrong with the charts coming into the game. There's a lot of charts I wish I could put here. But this one I've actually looked at in editor. I still hate it. I lack a good thing to say about this file.
