Is it true that Arkuski is derailing this thread?

Stay for the new music influences, find an FFR clique to fit into and you're set in the community and play for fun.
When the game stops becoming fun, you still have the community to hang out with.

Like andy-o24 said, stay for the different music styles. FFR did help me open up to different music styles as well. There is a lot more songs now since you were last here. Even for myself too since I kinda quit playing the game about a year ago, but I'm still here for the community mostly. Really, I've met some amazing people here just from joining groups like the 3DS and anime ones. So even if you lose interest in the game, you should still stay for the community.
