It's my first time in 5-6 months I've finally got back into SM again. I did lose speed and stamina, but it wasn't that bad when I played again today. Did end up getting some good scores though:

My first AA on this file. Streams with freezes are not my thing.

Could do a SDCB if I try harder

FC is within range

Kinda mashed through the middle part of the song. I'm not really good with dense jumpstream yet.

Second AA on this file

Getting better at jackingggggg

Depends on your purpose.

I decided to not play Stepmania competitively anymore because I have already accoomplished all of my goals. I have no legit reason to play Stepmania now but every now and then, I will open it up just to play for fun. I mostly play osu! now.

If you're just playing for fun and not too focused on increasing skill too much, sure. If not, probably not a good idea, in your case, since you will probably end up playing a lot again.

I find that the game is most enjoyable when you play casually and not to improve. If you want to play the game every now and then just for fun, I don't see why not.

I'd like to add that enjoying the game actually still leads to natural improvement. You won't get god tier, but does it really matter? There's plenty of perfectly enjoyable mid-high tier files from all the packs released til today.

O_L AAA would have been sweet, but i got a kb miss and basically 3 greats in the end due to nerves
