That would be at AJ's discretion as to whether he announced it or not.

Yeah, you're still eliminated. You weren't supposed to be in this round, you just ended up in the position to be in the round through a technicality and nothing more. Round 6 will cut from 7 -> 5, and rCaliber will be 8th place locked in with no shot at competing for round 7.

Make them do a tiebreaker of the new D6 song, just on like 1.1x rate or something. (Unless someone isn't suing r3, then this option is not applicable.)
