just going to go and say that there is certainly a lot more than can be done to prove your legitimacy.
Simply showing a .ini file means absolutely nothing, because you could easily have more than one SM installation, one of which that has proper settings as opposed to something that doesn't. I really can't buy your accuracy without serious proof, and this certainly is far from insurmountable evidence. Second: anyone can embed timing window shifts within a theme's metrics, which are easy to mask considering how large the metric files are. In order to prove it, you would literally have to prove that there is no line of any variety added within the theme. Third: Static.ini files can be used to hide settings that can override a .ini file in such a way where a StepMania.ini file could easily be showing legitimate settings. ** It would also be of benefit to your legitimacy to prove that you can cycle through Autoplay and AutoplayCPU to ensure that your game play is a legitimate play and not an AutoplayCPU run with no sort of description text. Being that you have OBS, your best bet would be to: - have a monitor capture set up at the start of the song to show that nothing is automating your play - switch back into your game and play the entire song in question showing all of the settings you have now (even adding an extra timestamp mid-game would be really smart to prove that you have a normal rate of play) - take a screenshot, and then switch back to your monitor capture and navigate to the screenshot - navigate out of the screenshots folder by going up a level (as in, show yourself going back to CVS in the menu below), and then navigate to your data folder to go to Stepmania.ini (and Static.ini if it exists) ![]() - and then finally go into the theme in question (Simply Love) and search for the TimingWindowAdd string, since that can be put in the theme I can clarify anything within this post if anyone has a question. EDIT: and yes, I am still skeptical -- haters gonna hate because this score is beyond incomprehensible and deserves insurmountable proof. |

Requesting a live audience show with you physically installing Stepmania from a wiped HD and then playing for definitive proof.
