Quadjacks would translate to 240bpm 8ths.

Serious question, can anyone explain why the third of the four jumpstream sections in Love Hurts is the hardest?

Is it just the stamina drain from having to do the first two and then the wristjacking in between, without a break? Then you get the break for the fourth and it's not so bad?
Is it the tendency towards 1234 and 4321 patterns that the other streams have less of?
Is the third section longer than the first and fourth (second is shorter, I know that) and I just can't tell or something?

I'm kinda confused, but after playing the file 10 times that part is consistently and obviously the hardest of the jumpstreams.

EDIT- this is a pretty representative playthrough:
SDG the first JS, random derps but do okay in the jumptrill into wristjacking sections and the second JS...
then get to the third JS and dump 40+ goods

(fyi my best PA is 48 goods with the average being somewhere around 60, this run had poor accuracy)

Yup im confused to this too. The first section isnt that bad, the ending isnt that hard at all. The middle is meh and the third part gives me the most trouble imo. O.o

icy must have cut it then because the one in nb2 doesn't have the beginning repeat at the end and it skips the 3rd js repeat and goes to slowdown after the 2nd js repeat

and by extension mad matt used a cut version since he just converted the mp3 for icy's file lol

If you save the replay of the run I could tell you what's going on

Wow, glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. If I manage to get a less than 7 good run on the first half I burn out during this stream; I mentioned how the second to last stream was by far the hardest in the other thread.

Definitely think Dishevel was easier here; got 11 goods on it without much trying.

Both of us.
I stepped it first (colors and all) with repeating 4231 rolls
ilikexd approved of it but changed the patterns to repeated 43423121s instead (this was REALLY hard)
Then we sorta compromised with the 4323121s in the less dense parts and the 4231 for the dense section (which wound up flowing nicer than my original steps)

In summary,
YOU'LL HAVE TO KILL BOTH OF US, WE GO DOWN TOGETHER

it was all hi19, i told him color notes to an unquantized piano solo would be Not very good and that we should just leave 5 seconds of silence there because that's what rayword45 would prefer

but he didn't listen
