old school first wave and second wave ska and rocksteady, some GOOD thirdwave revival ska- death to no doubt -punk, psychedelic/experimental rock, death/black/speed metal, hardcore/post hardcore if you want to call it screamo(even though that does not exist), indie/garage/college rock, some edge, hard trance and goa-psy, I don't really like happy hardcore too much because a lot of it sucks, and some jazz.
I hate how people are so anal about you putting correct genres, I really couldn't care less. A while back I didn't even care about artists too much- it was just hanging out with friends and either saying "I like this song" or "I don't like this song"

Heavy metal, power metal, speed metal, thrash metal, and death metal.

Sort of a progression I guess, eh?

I used to listen to indie rock and pop because all my old friends did. But I can't stand it anymore.

And as for labeling genres, I find it very important. It's the best way that way we can separate elitists from posers.
But honestly, I just think it's a great way to describe a music, and labeling helps one find new music which one surely will enjoy.

I think LP was good before they started getting to be more rap than rock. Like, the cd with Jay-Z kinda killed it for me.

btw, hell of a good list there, sera.

If it isnt Jazz, or any fusion or variant of Jazz, rap, Screamo (some screamo), hiphop, deathmetal, or certain kinds of heavy metal, I'll listen to it.

Yes. Because, you know, watching washed up celebrities living in the same house has so much to do with music.

At least Carson Daily is cute.
