Yeah basically my first setup lasted a few months but I've had to slowly go from askl to qw;' (the keys that i hit hardest were the first to start crapping out on me so it doesn't surprise me that the apostrophe is already messing up. the 'as' keys lasted until about a couple weeks ago, and i bought this kb last november iirc).

Cherry MX switches are honestly not suited for FFR cause of this problem, I also think FFR should ignore zeroframers or w/e it's called, general input faster than what is humanly possible

mech KBs aren't really suited for rhythm gaming to begin with really, especially with the flaw of having double taps, making it not just easy to get boos on FFR, but far easier to CB rush on SM. They're more suited towards for games like RTS or just casual typing in general

it should, but i think it's theoretically possible to hit 1-framers so it could have been intentional no matter how unlikely it is, unfortunately

yeah fission is right. even though it looks like keyboard it probably wasn't thinking about it...otherwise i would've had 30+ boos or something. here's an easy test, hit a button and spacebar alternately:

so apparently my apostrophe and 's' keys work fine but k and l are fucked (k doesn't register half the time but the post gets reformatted from multiple spaces i guess). I remember i didn't shift to sd;' setup because it feels really weird not having my pinky off the left edge of the kb (OCD rip)

Looks like you managed to hit an intentional one-framer in the 3232 separating the [14] jumpjacks haha

If it makes you feel any better, my CCCP and a few other booflags were from one frame double-triggers, so I can empathize with a small fraction of your pain (89s don't compare to shit like this).

Death Piano My L key gave a doubletap and the one frame minijack resulting from it turned 4-0-0-0 into 8-0-0-1.
