Ok, I have a song I want to make a stepfile for. I have the proper setup for it and everything. But it won't open in SM so I can edit and sync the song? What did I do wrong?

What do you mean? Put in steps and such? And yes I did. well, mostly rests so I could just add the steps when I can sync it and such. It won't load up with my SM.

#FILE:Bullets.mp3; #ARTIST:Creed; #BPM:245; #GAP:0; #SINGLE:MANIAC:10:00000 That is what I have written in notepad. So what do I do now?

Here is what i did. that looks kinda fine for the dwi file it will change when you load it up and stuff.
Make a folder in your songs folder called "Work Folder" or "In Progress" Make a folder inside that called "Bullets" Put the MP3 and .dwi in that folder Turn on SM and reload songs. Go to edit courses/songs and then locate your working folder and make the steps. It won't show up on songs list if it doesn't have any steps for it made yet.

Yes I did save it .dwi. It won't show up in that folder. It won't show up in my game. It's kind of annoying. I might have to get a different bullets file. Once I get my stefile made, anyone want to make a backround and a CD title thing for me?
