did xiz clarify that in the thread? because all I could find was the role PM which doesn't indicate when he can send his PM. Do you know something we don't because your team needed to know?

It really is a dumb role though. If it's a night phase action the wolves don't know if using it will help them or hurt them.

yeah I assumed it was a day phase action that took effect at the end of the phase. Much like the anonymous mechanic, can't switch your target, only one target per day phase.

But I guess none of this is actually specified in the PM

The reasoning for night phase PP action was for the PP to try and control an individuals vote during that next day phase, however I am starting to see the flaws and uselessness in that. Let me think about this.
