wtf he didn't have a tank in any of the movies, comics, or shows. He should have had an El Camino, that's what I want to see when I go to the movies. And oh yeah, can't forget the swimming pool made with a tarp in the back filled with those ho's he takes out to dinner cuz he never scored EVER in the whole movie(except when he sedates Rachael, or does he?).

Also, it's pretty similar to the Bat-tank he has in The Dark Knight returns. Also, you're kind of dumb. Also, who says he didn't go home and get laid that night? It's safe to assume you didn't, Gardyloo.

Batman Begins is done.

Look for Batman Returns in the near future when he takes on The Joker

He got shut down by Rachael/Katie Holmes/Your mom though. If anyone it would have had to be Alfred.

My mom is a bit old for Bruce Wayne, and I'm not even sure they've met... Although, from your list of people that shut him down, Katie Holmes would have been rough. I mean, he's actually her age. That would just be awkward, two people, near the same age, dating.

Katie Holmes used to have a poster of Tom Cruise in her room. Eww.

I know I'm late on this, but that's because my plans to see it at the midnight showing were bombed by finals week, and my later plans to see at soon as I could after finals were bombed by my grandmother's stroke, BUT I FINALLY SAW IT AND HOLY HELL.

I loved it.

It kept my interest the whole time, I didn't notice any majour editing glitches *cough Star Wars III*, and the acting was incredibly smooth, and well cast.

Oh, and Christian Bale was also in Newsies. Come on guys...classic right there.

P.S.: I do not look like Rachel, I don't know what you're talking about, Vashy.

1 word, Equilibrium.

Christian Bale was perfect for this role, he was also the only other actor to ever play Batman, besides Adam West, to stand at the "true" height Batman is supposed to stand at, 6"2.

I went into the theater not liking the Tumbler.

I left the theater really liking the Tumbler.

Really great movie though. But I thought there was a bit too much camera movement during the fight scenes...and watching the movie in IMAX, it makes you kind of dizzy.

I had a big problem with this movie... I know why they did it... but I still don't like it... the way they had the extremely shaky camera during any sort of fight scene, I found it REALLY annoying...

They did it to make it more 'suspensful' I guess... but Action =/= suspense... They should've just zoomed out and let us watch Batman kick ass...

Before you yell at me about the rules, it says in the rules that you can bump it three months if you have discussion you can add.

Okay, so I went to see this movie last night (totally worth 4 dollars) and I loved it. The development was incredible. Going from some kid who wants to avenge his parents to friggin BATMAN. Also, I don't see how a battank isn't logical, it's what they decided to put there, so he got it. Be happy he didn't just say presto chango and turn the battank to the batmobile.

Also, the scarecrow made me jump every time.

Also, okay, so over half of gotham ity was poisoned by the gas, the police were poisoned, all criminals were let loose, but all that happens is they stop the train, next day everything is fine. There was enough antidote for what, two people? How exactly did the town get saved? Just stopping the train only stopped the spread of the of drug, but still, there was over half the town poisoned with no antidote, and they said it would take weeks to mass produce. Somebody mind explaining what I am missing? (That was the main reason I bumped this thread, to ask that)

Well, since Benny bumped I guess that means I can post my thoughts on it.

Some of you may recall that I really disliked the idea of the Scarecrow and the tank. After seeing it, I find that Scarecrow truly is worthy of the movie, but they didn't use him to his full potential. The tank... well... still sucks in my opinion. It should have just been a modified automobile like every batmobile before it.

Also, there was too much emphisis on Ra's al Ghul. I'm sure that the only people who knew of Ra's were the crazy fans of Batman. As I'm sure I've said before, a movie which tells Batman's origin should have the origin of the Joker too.

I was also very dissappointed by the Joker thing at the end. Batman has a hand in Joker's creation, so it would be stupid for Gordon to have to tell Batman about the Joker.

They didn't show this, because it would have been a buzz kill; it would have showed that Batman hadn't actually suceeded in saving everyone and all he'd truly done was stop it from spreading and most likely kill Ra's.

Well. the Joker has many beginnings, but the one that I like the most is that he's a failed standup comdedian turned bank robber. He's got a daughter on the way and he's going to pull one last job at the Chemical Plant when he gets a call that his wife has been killed, and he goes crazy.

He was a man before the Joker... He's just leaving the calling card. I don't think he's truly been 'born" yet.

Did you know the Joker was actually killed off in the first issue of the Batman comic book(back in the 1940s, I think)?
However, he was brought back due to popular demand.
