i think the batch should be judged @ ~90 not ~120

resubmission is when your file barely gets rejected in a normal batch, it is given a special status where it can be changed per the judges' notes and submitted to the following batch without counting to the simfile artist's periodic cap

my file is still in the batch, but i can send the newer one and have judges ignore the other one right? also does this count for submission cap since the first version i sent back in august?

I'm taking over responsibility over the files I initially passed to someone else because they weren't completed fully and I simply do not want to wait anymore.

I don't know if bmah/JX is on at the moment but I can't edit the batch review notes at the moment to add in my given judgments when they are finished (I've done the bottom four, and Where's Bill/Winnipeg were covered by JX, so all that's left is Visitor, and we need one more judgment after I complete mine).
