i judge your stuffs rite now before i go to 7/11

across the nightmare (ilikexd) - accept (make slight fix)
- you seem to step some barely-audible sounds and choose to ignore certain sounds (ex. 8s ~ 10s barely audible stuffs) (ex. 14s ~ 15.7s you ignore the jack ish sounds )
if you want ignore the jack-sounding stuff that's fine cause it might be too hard at 150bpm but the barely audible sounds at like 8s are iffy
- otherwise chart is pretty consistent, doesn't need an easier chart imo
good song choice too

- jesus christ linkin park, never thought anybody would tackle linkin park for sm lol
- dude wtf this file is fuckin TIGHT, easily your best work i've ever seen to date

petite feet (ilikexd) - accept w/ tiny fixesz
- you seem to make some parts normal (stepping all the right sounds) but then you go way too easy on parts like 18s~21s
i suggest making those empty parts a tiny bit harder (there are cool instruments that you don't step in favor of straight vocals)

then it should be good (i'm saying this because parts like 53s ~ 59s warrant a general difficulty upspike in comparison to parts like say, 18s~21s - and those parts are pretty upbeat too )

but the barely audible sounds at like 8s are iffy

yea kinda went for it with the quiet background guitar cause having the same shit repeat 4 times would be tragic

are you referring to the bass guitar? cause yea i definitely hear it, just ignored it, but ill add a few 16ths to them, although as gallops, not minijacks at this bpm,

there were quite a few 8th/4th bass drum notes that i missed during the vocal sections, also 1 minijack to snare, added all those so vocal sections arent as empty

not a huge change but slightly better i guess, the other "cool instruments" are a constant 8th bass drum which would be pretty boring to follow the whole time IMO, and occasional guitar note which already coincides with the vocals

ye not throughout whole song, just those empty sections that feel empty compared to other cool fun sections

I sent another chart to this, it's a bit simple, but it's kind of good for learning to dodge the mines I suppose.

What parts do you feel the holds are overdone in TWBTD? tbh after looking through it several times, there's like 2 spots in the whole song where there are 16th with 1 or more holds. I shortened the hands with holds in the build up before the vocal chopping portion, but even then there are no notes with the holds.

Almost all the holds are at specific lengths to the synths that they go to, and for the most part nothing really dense happens during the hold.

edit: also the banner reads "Stepmania Stepping Stones". change banner text?

Mirror Mirror v6

Made some more minor fixes to the first small stream after the speedup, and changed the layering the in chorus afterwards. Changed the BG, still placeholder I guess, but at least it's a base for whoever will do the Gfx for it.

More fixes? Only time will tell.
