I think this way because it is silly, and I think the 50 year old more matured perspective version of 25th will likely find the tattoo just as silly. Regardless, accepting ones sexual identity without the need to express it in the form of a tattoo I think would be regarded by the majority as a more refined route of evolving as a person.

sexual preference seems to be pretty wired into a person's biological code (since, ya know, it IS genetic), so I doubt 50 year old 25th would look back on the tattoo and think it's silly. yeah, he might say something like, "ha, I remember back when I was a youngun, chasin after manly men," but that's not bad. a tattoo of something crime-affiliated or of a certain ideology would be silly, because at some point there's the chance of you getting out of that scenario.

regardless, I think it's dumb as shit that people are undermining someone else's tattoo. if it was a fuckin swastika or something, then yeah, I'd be tearing him apart too (no homo)
