This is a good point. I'm not used to playing in games where the game doesn't start with a night phase, I'm assuming this is because of the c9++ format. It creates an interesting dynamic, because so many people rely on the analysis of the any night action (successful guard, wolfing etc) to base their initial postings from. Now, it's all about identifying the tone of the game, and the approaches taken.

If anything, posting anything, even stuff that you feel may not be contributory-worthy (i'm thinking of james may/OWA from last game) is definitely important. It creates situations where the wolves will attempt to assimilate themselves into the conversation naturally.

The advantage here is that it only appears natural during the day phase. Referencing the game I just played, having the ability to go back after Kraut was modkilled and analyze all the posts that referenced him (which seemed completely natural and innocent at the time) eventually lead to V and others honing in on Gun, lynching him as the 2nd wolf.

Basically what i'm saying is that fear is a tool of the wolf, because only they should be afraid this game. I'll start off with a vote on yomanimawesome because I hate votes without explicitly stated reasoning. Explain yourself! Information is our friend.

I'm sure you didn't quite mean it this way, but is my lack of evidence more suspicious than j-rodd's? I'd like to know why you chose me over him to vote for in the beginning of Day 1 when I already had a vote on my head.

And quite honestly, I was merely following the crowd, bandwagoning if you will. I saw that j-rodd and freakysnots posted votes without reasoning, almost just to have something out there, like a placeholder. So, I followed suit is all.

Look we need to kill this idea right now before you pollute the thread with 20 fuckin posts about it.

We should probably state multiple suspicions throughout the course of the day and that should be a natural part of play, but seeing as you weren't able to convince anyone to do this last game and you didn't even do it yourself, you need to understand when the horse has a broken leg and just shoot it out of mercy for Christs sake.
