Just try to read it as a normal stream and stay calm. Notice where the notes are going and where the gaps are. You could try to read the jumpstream as 2 patterns intertwining. I've highlighted how you could for example read a pattern as 2 intertwining streams:

Alternatively, I sometimes read jumpstreams as 2 sides instead of all 4 receptors at once:

You'll feel more comfortable the more you play jumpstreams and learn how to read them (by separating streams or reading gaps, whichever is more comfortable for a certain pattern) and you'll eventually combine the reading methods with more complicated patterns. Key is to stay calm at all times though because nervousness will not get you anywhere. If you feel your heart racing just take a breath (even if you miss something, because missing something doesn't really matter that much when you're still learning).

edit: also, a song I used to practice a lot on was Seven. AAA'd that song (at the time a challenging) before I AAA'd any Very Difficult song lol.

Personally, I'd suggest going onto Stepmania. The are far more files to choose from there, with a lot more variety in how they're stepped. But for FFR related tips, you look like you need a speedmod increase. I watched your replays and you hit early on most of the notes. And I find I do a bit better with jumpstream when I don't focus on the stream itself, just the jumps. I can let my reactions take care of streaming, and then focus on adding in the jump to it.

If all else fails, you could try changing the direction the arrows move to. It might be harder in the beginning, but it could improve your reading capabilities in the long run. Most people play with the arrows going up by default, but I find it a trillion times easier to read with them going down.

tbh I don't even know how I hit upper-level jumpstream and handstream. Like I'll finish a song and think, "wtf did I just do and how did I do it?"

Point is, I guess, you just need to attribute it to muscle memory so you can like zone out and still FC that shit.

This so much.

I used to be so disproportionately bad at JS compared to stream (I could do 270 BPM stream at the time but can't even pass Toph's One More Lovely, which is 200 BPM JS), so I just practiced on slower jumpstream stuff then worked my way up to harder jumpstream files.

Etude For A Dragon would be a pretty good starter file for jumpstream yes, so you might want to start with that.

This too which is why practise practise practise is such a big deal, practise builds this muscle memory, and whether you practise JS or not one day you may find that "Oh look now I can JS ?_?" That's what happened to me

Firestorm can be useful for learning smaller bursts of it. Some of the patterns in that song can be really awkward though

I kinda ignored js of any type until I was playing low 60s and then focused on it. It was much less hard after that

That's about where I am now. I can do a lot of 64s fairly well but if it has jumpstreams like 150 BPM or faster then I just flail because I can't read it or something x.x Slowly getting better at it I think but it's frustrating =/
