Yeah. But movies in Japan sell around the same price as video games. The American price will most definantly be cheaper.

Why didn't square just remake FF7 like people wanted, instead of making a stupid sequel for a game who's main enemy you've already killed?

the least they could have done was make a tale of sephiroth instead, like how he was created and how he worked up the ladder to his death. From his perspective.

IMO, FF7 is still considered too new to be remade. I mean so far the only FF remakes around are the oldest ones (ie I, II, CC...blabla)

i highly doubt it. if sony wanted to reach everyone, then they would broaden what the movie is playable on.

There are rumors of remakes. More specifically for either PSP or a next gen system.

But yeah, it's about fucking time. I'm not too big of a fan, but I do want to see this movie. Even if for nothing more than to view the beautiful 3D.

i've already got a psp, and a dvd player, so im set for when it does come out.... i'll watch it a lot... i hope to not be dissapointed by it, and if they remake ff7 on ps3, im going to spend $445 dollars to buy the ps3, then the probable 50 for ff7 too, because, i am, a big fan.

Its about TIME. I've been waiting for this movie for so long... I can't wait until it comes out.
I really hope its not for the PSP. I doubt it... but yeah. :/
I also think they should remake FF7 too, but then again, you're talking to a huge FF7 fan...

So you can play both at the same time...only out-of-sync by a few milliseconds so it creates a really cool psuedo-echo effect.

And I think the character design was really good. The original characters werent based on Anglo-Saxon facial features, they were based off of the Anime style. The anime style does not have a specific race. The reason the eyes are drawn big is because it is easier to portray emotions that way.
