How does Triples register?

Haven't really played since 2011 and came back like 1 month ago and BAM triples. Not sure how they are registering?

Is it a double and a single? Because hitting all 3 notes at once isn't doing it for me

You might have to try different key setups until you find one that works for you. It's an issue with some keyboards.

Thanks, never really questioned how cheep keyboards worked. Now I know.
